I'm having a really hard time being positive lately. It's bogging me down. I feel SO HEAVY with stress, worry, sadness, regret, WORRY.
I know that a lot of things are out of my control at this point, but that still doesn't stop the worrying.
And you know what days I feel the worst on? The days where I don't move. Running really is the best outlet for my emotions.
There's a famous saying that says something along the lines of, "Worrying is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do but it won't get you anywhere."
So today, instead of worrying, I am going to count my blessings, and be THANKFUL for everything I have.
I am thankful for my children.
I am thankful for my husband.
I am thankful for family.
I am thankful for my friends.
I am thankful for the health of my children.
Lastly, I'm thankful to be able to even BE thankful. To have this life. To live, to love, to be.
