February Fitness Check-in

You guys.


I got about 4 hours of sleep last night and I am ready to CRASH!  So in lieu of Motivation Monday, I'm gonna do a quick check in and head to bed watch Chopped GO TO SLEEP!

Last week's challenge was to do 5 minutes of planks on 5 different days.  Well GUESS WHAT?






Yup, that's right.  Bob Barker is letting you all know I FAILED.  Big time.

I did not do ONE SINGLE PLANK last week.  Whomp Whomp.

Ahh, that's the way the cookie crumbles.  Gotta move on!!  (mm, cookies...)

SO,  for Week 3:

DO PLANKS.  DO ANY PLANKS.  JUST DO THEM.

(Can you tell I'm sleep deprived?  I almost feel like I'm on drugs.  And not the good kind.)

On top of doing planks, I'm also challenging myself to drink ONLY water.  No coffee, no tea, no wine (tear).  My headaches are out of control lately, and I need more H2O in my life. 

So those are my goals this week.  I also have a pretty lofty goal in mind for a few weeks from now.  I'm not sure I want it out in the open, but I'm guessing I'll probably tell you tomorrow.  A patient person I am not.
